Terms and conditions
- Points can be received for tours available at all Tez Tour partners, including flight (departure from Riga International Airport), hotel accommodation, group transfer (airport – hotel – airport) and Tez Tour travel assistant services at destination. No any points will be received for any extra services purchased on resorts from Tez Tour.
- Points will appear on your account only when you have paid for Tez Tour services and used them.
- In case two or more BalticMiles members have used the same qualifying Tez Tour service at the same time, Points will be allocated to each member having a separate reservation number. If a single member has made several reservations and covers all the expenses, Points will be allocated only to this member's account.
- No Points can be received for separate services
- If you have not presented your BalticMiles card when booking your tour please contact BalticMiles Member Service and let them know your reservation details and BalticMiles card number.
- You can also register the Points you have received after returning from you holiday.
Crediting the Points & claiming missing Points
After the transaction at this partner the Points will be credited to your account within: 7 days
If you notice that some Points you have received are missing, please contact BalticMiles Member Service.
If you have had a transaction at this partner and forgot to show your BalticMiles card, you can claim your missing Points by contacting our Member Service. You will have to provide a copy of your purchase check, reservation or invoice for us to verify the transaction. To be eligible for claiming missing Points you need to be a BalticMiles member on the date of the transaction.
The time after the transaction you can claim your missing Points at this partner: 3 months
